Privacy Policy
KalmReflections™ is an imprint of KalmGlobal Press. This policy explains what information we collect through kalmreflections.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We aim to collect as little as possible and to use it only for the purposes described here.
What we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us. That includes:
- Your first name and email address when you download a free reflection tool or join the KalmReflections™ list.
- Any message you send us by email, including your address and the contents of your message.
- Basic, anonymous usage data (such as pages visited) that helps us understand how the site is used. This does not identify you personally.
How we use it
- To send you the free tool, guide, or preview you requested.
- To send occasional KalmReflections™ updates — reflections, book and journal news, new tools, and launch announcements — only when there is something worth sharing.
- To respond to your inquiries about books, speaking, workshops, or media.
Your choices
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. You may also request a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to hello@kalmreflections.com.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers (for example, our email delivery platform) so they can perform services on our behalf, and only to the extent needed to do so.
Data retention & security
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we take reasonable measures to protect it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is intended for a general adult audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
